Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free Cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

• No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

  • No-shows.

  • Late arrivals (tours start on time, and late guests may not be able to join).

• Company Cancellations: If Kyoto Bunny Tours cancels a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund. 

Additional Terms

• Nature of Service: All tours are cultural walking tours conducted on foot in public areas of Kyoto.

• Health & Fitness: Participants must be capable of walking for the stated duration of the tour.

• Personal Responsibility: Participants join at their own risk; the company is not responsible for injuries or lost belongings unless required by law.

• Behavior: The guide reserves the right to refuse participation without a refund for inappropriate behavior.
